Is it better to let the player with faster Internet Connection be the party leader in Starcraft 2?

I don't understand how multi-player games in Starcraft 2 are played on server. Is the game loaded to the party leader or is it loaded on the Battle.Net server?





My friend told me that it is better to let the party leader be the person with faster Internet Connection but I don't see why it matters.|||doesnt matter as long as its a dedicated server.





Unlike CoD it doesnt do that stupid host crap.|||party leader should have best internet
