He is the national spokesperson, no more, no less.|||the president has the authority to veto or pass bills. he is also commander of cheif of the army.... wow obama|||I don't believe he has an official role.
He does however have star power and cameras hanging on his every word.
That's enough to make a difference.|||he can veto laws and grant jail pardons for people in a federal prison but moth can be overruled by the suprime court|||dunno|||WAY TO MANY!!|||none
