What's the best leader for a striker-heavy party?

Quite soon I am beginning a new dungeons and dragons campaign. I have been elected by the party to play a leader (aka 'cleric duty'). The party consists of an assassin, a rogue, a warden, and a swarm druid. I am a power gamer at heart and want to deal decent damage even in a more supportive leader role. What combination of race and class would be most suitable for this party?|||If the strikers are melee-type strikers, you'll might want to consider warlord...Commander's Strike is useful to give them extra chances to hit and put the hurt on (especially rogues who have wiffed and still have an opportunity for Sneak Attack available). Strength-based warlords also (IMO anyway) make the best melee leaders...

If they're more ranged strikers, you'll probably want a more defenderish role (altho warlords can be tankish if you invest in scale proficiency)...shaman might serve there (plus being able to parcel out healing to two targets at a time is handy.)|||To do damage yourself, Strength Clerics are pretty rad. Traditionally, though, leaders do better boosting the damage of other party members. Warlords are especially good at this.
