In halo reach can you boot party leader?

I was playing halo reach cuase my xbox live gold expires tommorow so i asked party leader to promote me so I could make use of my xbox live before it expired but he kicked me from the party and my gold expired and I was realy mad I am going to renew next week if i do something for my Mom Is there a way were I can kick the party leader. I do not want to file complaint cuase he is my friend.|||no you can not kick the party leader.|||No you cannot kick anyone if you are not the party leader... (Hint "party LEADER" he is the leader of the current party and is the only one who can kick people. why dont you just confront him and tell him why your mad i mean hes your friend after all right?
